Our Off-Season basketball program has worked extremely hard on fundamentals and in the weight-room. We are proud of the way the guys took advantage of the time and worked to better themselves. In Varsity Off-Season, Nathan Reese improved 30 lbs on Bench, Pokey Best improved 30 lbs on Power Cleans and Front Squats, and DeAndrea Everrett improved 30 lbs on Front Squats.
Our Freshman Off-Season improvements consisted of Devin Lewis with 40 lbs improvement on Front Squat, Jaiden Womack a 30 lbs improvement and Isaiah Lawson with a 25 lb jump in Power Cleans and a 40 lbs jump in Front Squats.
We hope that the guys continue to work hard over the summer and come back for and great 2016-2017 basketball season.
